Here are a few key advocacy partners of PHSA:

Community Action Association of Pennsylvania- CAAP is the commonwealth association representing the state's Community Action Agencies, which provide anti-poverty planning and community development activities for low-income communities.  The PHSA and CAAP have signed a Memoradum of Understanding (MOU), this is a partnershipto promote the development of collaborative efforts to provide and increase servicess to children and families.

Pennsylvania Child Care Association- PCCA is the statewide, non-profit organization dedicated to facilitating the provision of quality early care and education to the children of Pennsylvania. 

Pennsylvania Partnerships for Children- This organization is a strong, effective, and trusted voice for improving the health, education, and well-being of the Commonwealth's children.
