Scholarships & Awards 2009-2010 Applications
Each year Pennsylvania Head Start programs are given the opportunity to nominate Head Start staff, parents and past students for a number of PHSA & NHSA scholarships and awards. PHSA strongly encourages its members to consider submitting applications for awards and scholarships. We believe that there are many representatives from our Pennsylvania Head Start community who are deserving of receiving any/all of these awards. These people can not be recognized if you don't apply or nominate them!
