Paul Behrman, a highly requested speaker, brings over 20 years of expertise in leadership, organizational development, and Head Start administration. Having served as Director of Champlain Valley Head Start and as Chair of the Vermont Head Start Association, Paul has consulted at the federal level and contributed to national workgroups. He holds a Juris Doctorate from UCLA and has been a Fellow at UCLA’s Anderson School of Management.
